IFRS 18 principles training for insurers
This training session provides an overview of IFRS 18 Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements (IFRS 18) accounting principles.
This course is aimed at chief financial officers, financial managers, finance and other staff members or individuals involved in a financial accounting role who will be involved in implementing IFRS 18 for insurers.
This course will assist in understanding the application of IFRS 18 for insurance companies and will cover:
- updated presentation of the statement of profit or loss;
- management performance measures; and
- other impacts of IFRS 18 relevant to insurers such as cash flow statement impacts and aggregation considerations, amongst others.
